After starting district play 0-4, the Bastrop Bears soccer team has put together a small winning streak. The Bears defeated Akins 2-0 Friday night at BISD Memorial Stadium to move their district record to 2-4. Kirs Desaulmier and Juan Jaimes scored Bastrop’s goals.
