The Bastrop Lady Bears  will enter the second round of district play in third place, looking up at Westlake and Bowie, two teams that reached the regional semifinals in 2009. Bowie defeated Bastrop 5-1 Tuesday night at Burger Stadium. It was the Lady Bears first loss since Westlake. Bastrop will travel to Pflugerville Friday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:45 p.m.
