2010 Girls Spring Sports Awards
SOCCER PLAYER OF THE YEAR
KATTIE PATTERSON • SR • BASTROP
Patterson led Bastrop County with her 24 goals and 11 assists. She was named to the 2010 TASCO All-Region IV-5A team and the 2010 All-District 25-5A team…. Patterson will play at Prairie View A&M in the fall.

TRACK ATHLETE OF THE YEAR
DESARAE COUTHREN • SR • ELGIN
Couthren finished fourth at the 2010 UIL State Track and Field Championships in the Class 4A Girls 100-meter hurdles. She was the district champion and regional runner -up in the event. Couthren was just 15 hundreths of a second shy of meddling at the state meet.

GOLFER OF THE YEAR
ADRIANA TREVINO  • JR • BASTROP
Trevino led the Bastrop Lady Bears golf team back to the regional championships for the third year in a row. She finished in the Top 10 at the District 25-5A meet and placed 12th among medalists at the regional championships.

XC RUNNER OF THE YEAR
HILLARI RAEMSCH • JR • BASTROP
Raemsch placed in the Top 10 individually at the District 25-5A Championships for the third time in 2010. She led the Lady Bears back to the regional championships, where the Lady Bears placed fifth overall.
