My husband and I bought tires for our work trailer from Discount Tire on Texas 71 in Bastrop two weeks ago. During a recent rain storm, my husband called me to say that one of the tires had fallen off (my husband had put the tires on the trailer). He was stuck on Hwy 183 heading south.

I called Discount Tire and told them about our dilemma. Mark, the manager, asked me to come in and he would have one of his guys follow me to where my husband was and change out the tire so that the trailer could get off the road. When I got there at 6 p.m., Dustin was ready to go with all the supplies needed. Dustin was able to change the tire and get us on our way.

I want to send a big thank you to Discount Tire for helping us out even though the tire falling off was not their fault. They really do care for their customers and will go the extra mile to help you out.
