4-H cake auction supports many programs

The Bastrop County 4-H Program will sponsor its annual cake auction during homecoming in Bastrop on Saturday, Aug.7 at 1 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Bastrop. 4-H youth from all areas of Bastrop County, including Smithville, Elgin, Bastrop, Paige, McDade, Rockne, Hills Prairie and Red Rock, will be baking cakes to be auctioned at the annual fundraiser.
